Be like Mister Rogers: Wear your cardigan for World Kindness Day on Wednesday.
It would be an especially beautiful day in the neighborhood if everyone wore a cardigan on Nov. 13. Cardigan Day is based on children’s television icon, Fred Rogers, and his quote, “There’s no person in the whole world like you, and I like you just the way you are.”
BCS - show your school spirit and kindness by wearing a cardigan sweater on Wednesday for World Kindness Day.
Today is the end of the first marking period! BCS teachers are busy working on report cards to share the students progress thus far in the school year. Parent teacher conferences will be held on Nov. 26 & 27. Parents of students in grades Pre K - 6 will receive their child's report card during the conference. 7-12 report cards will be mailed home. If you do not have a conference scheduled yet please contact your child's teacher to set up a time or call the main office.
The end of 10 weeks is a great time to pause and reflect on how the school year is going so far and set goals for the next marking period. We look forward to seeing you during parent teacher conference
days and having the opportunity to talk about what your child is learning.
