Athletic Director

Our mission is to provide diverse athletic opportunities and learning experiences for our students. We want our students to learn many things through athletics: values, sharing, team spirit, healthy self concepts, time management, and the importance of physical well-being and an attitude of community unity and school pride. We are committed to the belief that academics come first and foremost in students’ responsibilities. Winning is often considered the main measure of success. Winning is important; however, it is not the major objective of our program. Our major objective is to provide opportunities for students to develop themselves into well-rounded individuals with positive individual/group attitudes and habits, who understand the concept of sacrificing to meet goals and who will be able to play an important part in our society. While participating in athletics, students gain knowledge, habits, values and friendships that are carried with them throughout their lives.
